Here's a real treat. Pick up some of these raw tortillas from Costco, spray some Pam on each side, shred the aforementioned cheese, and grill yourself a quesadilla. This snack really allows you to taste the full sharpness of the cheddar. If you're really in to detail, sprinkle a little Kosher (coarse) salt on the outside when it's done.

Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese
They age this delicacy for over nine months, achieving the full-bodied flavor distinguished by sharper accents than the medium version. For so long I only purchased the medium cheddar. Like so many extraordinary things that come about by accident, I didn't realize I bought the sharp cheddar one day. Tillamook sure has perfected it. Now I can really distinguish the cheese flavor in any dish. Don't worry, it never overtakes flavors in the rest of your dish. Trust me on this, you'll never go back to medium.

Yes, but don't put too much Kosher salt on your quesadontknowthespelling. Great posting. Well, what are you going to post next? Kind-of excited to see what is next.
What are the chances of getting a review of egg nog and cheese? If they are good by themselves, they must be good together. Like peanut butter and chocolate. Remember the old commercial? 'Hey! You got your cheese in my egg nog!' You know - 'two great tastes that taste great together.' I can just picture chunks of sharp cheddar sprinkled with nutmeg floating in the nog. Or perhaps nog enhanced with a shot of Easy Cheese. Yum!
I am waiting for an update
We purchased a this Tillamook cheese and have enjoyed every savory morsel. I noticed that it is sold next to all the other cheap cheeses. Do you ever shop at the really expensive cheese section? We need a review of one of those before we can justify spending $6 for a small cube.
